Expiration after the order
After your order ships from the warehouse, you will receive an email notification with the package's waybill number, which you can use to track delivery.

Orders outside of United Kingdom, Poland, Germany must be prepaid.
Shipping outside the United Kingdom is carried out via Borniak Polska.
Orders are submitted for completion upon receipt of payment confirmation. The customer pays the fee for the dutiable products in the country where he receives them. List of countries to which we ship products via the online store (retail): United Kingdom, Poland, Germany
Due to EU law on waste electrical and electronic equipment, retail sales to other countries are not possible.
Transport damage
Check the contents of the package if there is any mechanical damage as a result of transportation (broken, torn box; torn tape, dented box, etc.). If the package is damaged, refuse the package. In the event of "acceptance of the package" and subsequent detection of physical damage to the goods, a report should be drawn up on the spot in the presence of the deliverer, which contains information about the damage.
