Manual parameter entry

You have full control over every aspect of the smoker's operation: chamber temperature, time, smoke generator, drying, and probes. You set the parameters directly, and the system maintains them in Set & Hold mode.

All parameters in one place

On one screen, you can see the current chamber temperature, probe temperatures, heater, smoke generator and dryer status, as well as the remaining and estimated process time. No opening the door and no disturbing the conditions.

Support for internal temperature probes

You can work with one or two probes. Each probe has an independent target temperature and acts as the final process condition. Once the target temperature is reached, the system automatically switches off active functions or moves to the next process stage.

Creating step-by-step programs

You can easily swap the dryer module for the smoke generator (or vice versa), depending on the stage of the process. The system was designed as a modular solution, so changing functions is quick and intuitive, with no tools required.

Moving between steps

The app automatically moves through the next stages of the program according to the configured time conditions or probe temperature. The process runs without manual intervention, and you have full visibility of its progress.
