Recipe
- Preheat the smoker to 150°C.
- Peel the pineapple, remove any dark spots, and cut it into slices, then divide each slice into 6 parts.

- Insert the pineapple into the smoker and smoke for 15 minutes.
- After removing from the smoker, serve the smoked pineapple with walnuts, pistachios, and pistachio ice cream.
